Youth and Early Years Activities
We currently deliver a timetable of community-based activities.

Messy Play

Messy play is fun and imaginative. It fosters curiosity, imagination and exploration.

It also helps to promote physical development and support friendships as well as the ability to play independently. Communication and language are also developed throughout messy play sessions.

Gross and fine motor control and problem-solving skills are built through the sessions which allow children to develop at their own speed.

To find out more contact caroline.watson@shottshealthyliving.com via email or call us on us 01501 825800.

Sensory Play

Sensory sessions provide a focus on stimulating your baby's senses through exploring different sounds, textures and sights, which will help to increase your baby's awareness of the world around them.

It supports the development of fine and gross motor skills, cognitive growth and fosters a social interaction.

To find out more, contact caroline.watson@shottshealthyliving.com via email or call us on us 01501 825800.

Outdoor Play

Playing outdoors allows children to develop self-confidence, independence and self-esteem. It also allows them to become aware of limits, boundaries and challenge in their play.

When children are outdoors, they are more likely to try new activities.
